Beth Knight, vice president of membership, Association Solutions, presented at a recent AMCI regional meeting in Atlanta. Her session, “Scope Creep Survival Guide: Spot It, Stop It, Prevent It,” walked attendees through how to identify the early warning signs of scope creep, build practical strategies to address it, and create prevention systems within contracts and client relationships.
