MCI USA had a strong presence at this year’s AMC Institute Annual Meeting. Emily Burch, senior vice president of Association Solutions, and Amy Lotz, CAE, Association Solutions executive vice president and chief of staff, co-presented a session on building high-performing teams through tools like Predictive Index, buddy systems and global mentoring programs.

Amy also joined a panel on adaptive leadership in AMCs. Additionally, Beth Knight, vice president of membership, attended and sits as chair of AMCI’s “AMCs Engaged” Committee.
