Association Solutions Coordinator
This role supports committees, board activities, elections, awards and member services to keep everything running smoothly. Serving as a key point of contact for members and volunteer leaders, the coordinator ensures accurate, timely support while helping deliver a great member experience. Referral Bonus Structure

Bonuses are paid in stages:

The first payroll after the new hire starts

  • Tier 1 – Non-Exempt Positions: $125
  • Tier 2 – Exempt Professional & Sales Roles: $250
  • Tier 3 – Management & Specialized Roles: $375

After six months of employment:

  • Tier 1 – Non-Exempt Positions: $375
  • Tier 2 – Exempt Professional & Sales Roles: $750
  • Tier 3 – Management & Specialized Roles: $1,125

How It Works

Referral bonuses are paid on the next payroll following the six-month
anniversary date, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Both the referring talent and the new hire must be actively employed and in good standing (not on a Performance Improvement Plan and not having
submitted resignation) at the time of payment.

Notification Requirement
The referring talent must notify the People & Culture team of the referral before the new hire starts. Notification can be made via email or by ensuring the new hire lists the referring employee’s name in their application.

Eligibility
All employees except:

  • Senior management (VP level and above)
  • People & Culture team members
  • Any manager in the new hire’s reporting hierarchy
  • Relatives cannot receive a referral bonus for referring family members (see “Hiring of Family Members or Relatives” section).

Exclusions

No referral bonus will be paid for:

  • New hires through temporary or permanent placement agencies
  • Interns, part-time or temporary employees (including event support)
  • Individuals engaged as independent contractors within the last 12 months
  • You will not receive a referral bonus for referring a previous MCI employee
